Locke Lord Team Advises The Halifax Group and Southern Exteriors in Majority Stake Sale to Monomoy Capital Partners

A Locke Lord team led by Mike Newquist, James Cavanagh and Nicole Chakraborty (all of Providence) advised The Halifax Group (Halifax) in the sale of its majority stake in Southern Exteriors, a full-service installer of exterior building solutions tailored primarily for single-family homebuilders in the southeastern United States, to Monomoy Capital Partners. Halifax, a private equity firm that partners with management to invest in market-leading companies and grow lower middle-market businesses, will maintain a minority investment in Southern Exteriors and continue to support its growth.
