Houston Locke Lord Team Represents Enterprise Products Partners in Acquisition of Piñon Midstream

A Houston Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo, Rachel Fitzgerald and Terry Radney (all of Houston) represented Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (Enterprise), one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services, in its definitive agreement to acquire Piñon Midstream, LLC, a portfolio company of Black Bay Energy Capital and provider of natural gas gathering and treating services in the core of the prolific eastern flank of the Delaware Basin in New Mexico and Texas, in a debt-free transaction for $950 million in cash consideration. Piñon Midstream’s sour natural gas treating system accelerates Enterprise’s entry into the Delaware Basin region, expanding its natural gas processing footprint and providing producers a choice for reliable and value-added processing services.
